Scheduling–Time is money (Timing, Logistics & Deliverables)

We analyze the opportunity and develop a plan to deliver the on-time desired expectations, while setting realistic goals. 

Budget–Fiscally Responsible

We help to develop an accurate budget to develop your bricks-and-mortar initiatives, and then move the development forward to align with those agreed-upon financial parameters.

Lease Review –Working in the best interest of the brand

We helps to avoid terms and conditions that do not benefit the brand.  This includes but is not limited to setting a realistic possession date. 

Design Review –Beautiful, productive and sustainable designs 

Oversight by our trained architects and designers to protect your brand's design intent.

Documents Phase (Construction Documents) –

Driving the architects and engineers to produce the technical drawings and documents to ensure that the trades can effectively deliver on the brand's vision/design intent.

RFP–Right price, right product, right partner

Brand selected and approved vendors/contractors are engaged to submit a proposal for their respective goods and/or services with the intent to be awarded the offered project.  

Implementation–Construction Phase

In concert with the awarded General Contractor, the physical environment is constructed and completed with brand finishes to meet the brand's expectations and opening deadlines. 

Turnover/Opening–Turnkey Solution

Upon conclusion of the fit and finish of the project with all approvals in hand we turnover the space to the client's Operations Team. 

Close-out–Wrap it up

After Occupancy we gather all the necessary close-out documentation to ensure final payments are agreed upon, payments are issued and sign-offs are obtained
